I personally found the presence of only 1 bathroom a bit inconvenient, but others might not mind.

I keep returning to this place for my city breaks. They even gave me a local food number on my first stay. It has all I need: free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, cookware, and a flat-screen TV. No smoking. Perfect!

the location itself was great in the middle of the city. was only here for xmas, nevertheless would like to stay there on the next trip.

The flat felt like a home with a lovely xmas tree and cute pink furnishings. It was clean, comfortable, and heated up quickly. 18 min walk to Craiglochhart where we spent xmas period with family. Easy check-in with clear instructions. Super comfy beds, washer, kitchen, and hair dryer provided. Bus stops right outside the door for easy transportation. Jess was helpful and responsive, providing more info than asked for. a beautiful and fun experience, 10/10.
